Sriracha Baked Wings


INGREDIENTS
  • 4 cloves   Garlic chopped
  • ¼ cup      Saucy Sriracha sauce
  • ½ each     Lemon juiced
  • 3 tbsp      Olive oil
  • ½ tbsp     Kosher salt
  • 20 each    Chicken wings

 

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine chopped garlic, Sriracha sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil and whisk together until well incorporated. Add in chicken wings, toss together, and refrigerate for one hour up to overnight.
  • Heat oven to 425°F
  • Layer the chicken wings on a baking pan and place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, flip the chicken wings over and bake for another 25 minutes.
  • Turn the broiler on the oven and finish the chicken wings for 5 to 7 minutes on broil to get a nice crispy golden finish.
  • Drizzle some more saucy Sriracha sauce over the wings and garnish with shaved green onion.
