Shrimp Aquachilies


INGREDIENTS

  • ½ lb      Shrimp (16-20)
  • 1 jar      Saucy Salsa Verde
  • 6 each  Limes, juiced
  • ½ bu.    Cilantro
  • 2 each   Radish, shaved thin
  • ½ each  Red onion, sliced thin 

DIRECTIONS

  • Marinate the shrimp in half the lime juice for 1 hour.
  • Combined salsa, remaining lime juice and cilantro and blend until well incorporated.
  • ‎Remove excess liquid from the shrimp and put the salsa mixture over the top and mix well.
  • Plate the shrimp and garnish with radish, red onion, cucumber and cilantro springs.
