Chilaquiles Verde

INGREDIENTS

1 jar Saucy Salsa Verde
4 oz. Tortilla chips
3 each Large eggs
2 tbsp Queso fresco
1 each Cilantro to garnish

DIRECTIONS

Heat saute pan and add in the jar of salsa, bring to a simmer.
Add in the tortilla chips and toss until well coated, simmer for 3-5 minutes until chips begin to absorb the salsa.
Cook the eggs to your liking.
Layer the chips on the plate, top with eggs, crumbled cheese, and cilantro.
